repairs are required, and why, before we proceed with the
work. In addition, when the job is done we will explain
all charges thoroughly.
The service assistant and
technician assigned to your vehicle will gladly answer any
questions you may have.
We can only solve your problem if we
know about it, so please tell us if we have failed to meet
your expectations in any way.
Our Service Commitment
We believe a well maintained
vehicle will run better, last longer, have a higher resale
value, and save money in the long run.
We believe that only through
clarifying and then living up to our customers'
expectations, can we hope to earn their ongoing loyalty.
Labor Charges
Our technicians' time is billed out
at competitive rates. The total labor estimate is calculated
by using either actual hours spent on the repair, referring
to an industry approved labor time guide, or by a job
package which includes parts and labor.
Parts
We use only high quality parts
backed by a national warranty. If requested, we will make
available your replaced parts.
