The Sneaky Pete Challenger started out as a stock
2009 SRT-8 Dodge Challenger with only 3000 miles, we
ran a baseline test on our chassis dyno and noted
360 RWHP.
Scott started out removing the engine and replacing
the Cylinder heads,intake
manifold,camshaft,pushrods,and torque converter with
modified parts from Tony Bishop Racing.
Next we removed the fenders& doors to install” LSD”
Lamborghini style door hinges. Once back together we
added a cold air intake, Kooks long tube headers
with high flow converters and a “Pypes” brand dual
exhaust system. The last thing was to add a custom
tune with the help of Josh at High Horse
Performance. The final tests were run on the dyno
and we ended up with 450 RWHP that’s close to
550-600 horsepower at the crankshaft.
